    The day job

    Where I learned what production AI takes.

    By day I'm an AI Product Lead at TELUS Digital, where I ship AI copilots and agent-training systems used across customer service operations in Guatemala, Canada and the Philippines. It's where I learned what production AI actually requires — the evaluation, the guardrails, the unglamorous parts that decide whether something survives real users.

    This practice is where I bring that to businesses that can't hire an enterprise team. The two don't overlap: my employer's work is my employer's, and nothing from it shows up here.

    The through line

    I've been making things findable for a decade.

    I started building for the web more than ten years ago, and spent most of that time on the same underlying problem in different clothes: taking a business that existed and making it discoverable by whatever system people were using to look.

    For a long time that meant search engines. Then it meant apps and maps. Now it means AI assistants, and the mechanics have changed more than anyone selling "AI SEO" wants to admit — because the systems answering questions today don't read pages the way search engines did.

    Along the way I built freight and dispatch platforms handling thousands of loads across 48 states, multi-region automation pipelines, and eventually Parcela Nova — a platform that scores every municipality in Guatemala and exposes the whole thing to AI through an open MCP server.

    Solo, and that is the product

    No account managers, no handoffs, no junior doing the actual work. It is why a diagnosis takes days rather than a discovery phase.

    Fixed scope, published price

    You know what it costs before you book a call. If a project does not fit a standard shape, I say so and quote it properly.

    I will tell you not to buy it

    Plenty of problems are better solved with a form or a deleted process step than with AI. You are paying for judgment, and that includes the negative answer.
