Usually yes, and it is usually cheaper. Rendering, schema and crawler policy can be fixed on most platforms. A rebuild only becomes necessary when the platform itself cannot emit server-rendered HTML.

What does the care plan cover?

How long does a site take?

A straightforward marketing site is a few weeks. Anything with a data layer or an application behind it is scoped on the call, with a fixed price before we start.
