Common questions
How do you decide what to automate first?
Hours saved per month, multiplied by how reliably the task can be automated, divided by build effort. The highest score wins. It usually is not the thing people expect — the flashy use case is rarely the profitable one.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then I say so. Plenty of manual work is better fixed with a form, a database constraint or a deleted process step. You are paying for judgment, and telling you not to buy something is part of it.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes — the goal is to remove work, not to migrate you onto something new. I build against whatever you already run unless the tool itself is the bottleneck.
What happens after it is live?
You own it. I document it and hand it over. If you want ongoing iteration there is a monthly option, but nothing I build depends on keeping me around.
